The repairman was awesome per solving the issue and super nice individual though the AI answering service was horrible and the option to communicate on chat was very limited whereas you only had to choose from a set amount of options so I felt I could not communicate effectively

Nico was above and beyond! He took the time to do some in depth trouble shooting beyond the obvious problem, and explain everything that was going on with our dryer. And he fixed it! Yay! Thank you Nico!

They did everything they promised. Kept me informed, showed up and got here on time. Russell was polite, friendly and professional. Went right to work knew immediately what the problem was when I described it, gave me a price and gave me the option to order the part or buy a new washer. Merry Christmas.
