It's the first time I go. And I loved the cut that Miss Leann gave me. From the reception, their attention, empathy, professionalism and warmth was a great experience that, although I was blushing for not knowing how to speak English well, I managed to understand. Thanks again.

I'm new to Franklin and was in serious need of a hair cut. The stylist they gave me was very nice but new to her job. Both other ladies were watching over her, but she just trimmed my hair instead of the style I showed her in two pictures. She primarily worked in the back and didn't trim the sides at all. She didn't send me away with a bad hair cut, but I felt like I still needed one.
