I want to give a huge recommendation for Ben & Ashley (the owners) and their wonderful team. Ben installed a brand new system on my house a few months ago and everything was great. Then last month my electric bill went crazy and it "seemed" like something was wrong with the new heating system so Ben came out and went over everything with a fine-tooth comb, but everything was working just fine. Ben Roper has now completed two A/C jobs for our home and he is absolutely the BEST in Franklin. We have used other services before and the difference is clear. Roper's goes above and beyond to help and totally satisfy their customers. Ben is prompt and courteous. He is knowledgeable and well qualified. The experience with Roper's was a pleasure from start to finish. I have known Ben for many years when he started his company I was probably one of the first to get on board. I won't use anyone else every time I've had a problem whether at my house or where I work he was right there within a couple hours never been put off always returned my phone call and his service is so professional they are so friendly and nice explain everything they're doing it's just a wonderful thing to know that when I need help with heating and air Ben will be the one to take care of it for me So yes I would recommend him to any and everyone
