I had my 10,000 mile service recently and was pleasantly not surprised at the service and friendliness of the staff. Doesn't matter who is at the desk I am always greeted by name and welcomed back like a old friend. Kinda like the old "Cheers" show on TV. Aside from that I always know that my truck will be taken care of completely and if anything needs attention or will in the future Tyler, David, or Rick will let me know. It's kind of like having a trusted family physician. You get what you pay for. If you get a $30 oil change that's all you get, you're oil changed. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything!
Had a sensor to computer issue.
Took vehicle to a repair shop, they replaced a part/sensor but problem reoccurred.
Was told to take vehicle to the dealership.
In and out of dealership three times, problem still occurs.
At New Life I explained what the vehicle was doing and the previous attempts at repair.
David & Tyler listened intently.
Tyler suggested a recommendation to get a baseline from the computer..
Tyler explained thoroughly and I agreed.
The next day Tyler called and explained what the results were and made a recommendation and estimated cost on repair.

I lost my brakes coming down town hill in Franklin and was lucky enough to get my old car stopped in front of their shop. The brake line had ruptured. They fit me in, found the parts, and fixed the problem, and I was on my way within hours. These guys are very professional and know what they’re doing. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
