Love Dr. Lenzo & staff! His prices are allot more understandable & fair! Appointments are available in a timely manner. My dogs aren't afraid to go inside. Whereas at their previous vets office, you're not allowed inside with them (One of my puppies was so afraid, I could hear him yelping & crying all the way outside, in my vehicle!).Since we've started here, they actually seem a whole lot more comfortable & and you're encouraged to be in the room with them! You can actually feel the difference in vibes from our previous vet staff to these guys. They definitely care about your pets allot more. Here it doesn't feel like it's about the money! We recently moved here from Swain County and needed to find a new, local vet. After researching pricing and reviews we went with Lenzo's. The veterinarian was friendly and cautious with our animals and a little cheaper than other competitors in the area. Definitely recommend!
Awesome staff ❤️? Had to put down my Golden Retriever after 17 AMAZING years. They were very nice considering it was one of the worst days of my life. Also it took me 3 months to pick up cremation, they held on to her and didn't harass me with calls.. Thank you guys so much ♥️??
