First, Auston Brown’s service in the design of an upgrade from an air conditioner to a heat pump, and new furnace was excellent. No trying to oversell, but ensuring that I was going to have adequate heating and air conditioning for my size home. He was very responsive to every question that I had and —I had many. I learned a long time ago that you need to ask questions and not make assumptions. Auston's answers validated a lot of research and I'm very thankful for that. He is definitely a great asset to the company.

Secondly, When it came time to install the new equipment, the installers Eli and Russell were phenomenal. Professional from start to finish! They showed up on time went straight to work, removed all the old equipment and started putting in the new TRANE, heat pump and furnace. After they finished the installations, they cleaned up the entire area removed all the old equipment and debris from the construction and installation. It was all done in just under two days. Their work was spot on as noted by both the Company and Macon County inspectors, who did the final installation inspection.

And last, (but certainly not least) Judy in the ASH&A office did a great job ensuring all of the costing and payment information was clear while standing by to answer any questions. This made it easy to facilitate paying for the job. I purchased the “12 year Worry Free” add-on and I expect to spend the next 12 years without any problems that will not be jumped upon and solved quickly and without cost by All Service Heating & Air Conditioning.

One last point for this already way too long review. I'm sure All Service wouldn't want me to say this, but they did give me a good discount for cash payment.“
