I was placed on a “wait list” and it took two weeks for a service technician to get assigned to my job. If you are a maintenance customer , I’m told those customers go to top of the waiting list. This is my 4th time using this company in the last 24 month’s. According to the office, this is their busiest time of the year and they have their technicians working 10 hour days plus Saturdays.Once the technician arrived, he was able to figure out the problem and install a new thermostat in about three hours time. Very friendly technician.

Our air conditioner quit working, and we called Andrews Auld on referral from a neighbor. Although they were booked, they were able to send someone out the next day. Nathan was knowledgeable and skilled, found the problem quickly, replaced the needed part without adding anything unnecessary. We are happy with his demeanor, his attitude, and his work. The company impressed us as being very professional and fair. We will use them again.

I just had the first follow up of my new heat pump and air handler that were installed in March. Matthew went through all the check lists thoroughly. He had no problem with my hovering over his shoulder, as he explained everything he was doing. I learned a few things in the process. In addition, we discussed such diverse subjects as genealogy and making pretzels. Matthew was personable, competent, and thorough. I am very pleased with Andrews Auld. The work they performed for me in February and March and the follow up details are exceptional. I highly recommend them.
