I contacted the manufacturer, and sure enough, they had me run through a series of steps before they determined a full replacement would be needed. I gave Celey's all the information and within a few days they got the new unit from the supplier and called me to schedule the swap. The two technicians that showed up were courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. They had the new unit installed within a couple hours. The longest part of the job was waiting for the old unit to finish draining. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing job in the future.“
