Jennifer and her team are professional and very helpful.I started my credit by getting a loan with Universal Finance.Had around 5-6 over the past 16 years and I have never been disappointed.
I have been doing business with universal finance in forest city for over a decade. I have always had a great experience. Super friendly and compassionate folks, something rarely found in finance from my experience. Jennifer and I know each other's family it is really great to have that kind of connection.
Jennifer is amazing at what she does! Very nice and professional! She has really helped me with my credit that was not so great when I went in! Very nice and friendly staff! Always feel welcomed!
