I have done business with this Agency for over 15 years which have included dozens of closings and have always had a great experience every time. They are very professional and have many times protected my interest as their client by catching errors done by other parties and created solutions to allow the transaction to be completed. They follow all rules and regulations and i have found them to be completely ethical in all situations.
Definately will not ever be dealing with this company or recommending them to anyone either. The house we bought was actually owned by the guy who runs the company and its been nothing but a horror story and we haven't been in the house a year yet. He forged most of the paperwork on his end with inspections and appraisals, half of the things he said that were new or had been done were not true. I can honestly say the owner of the firm and his agents are probably the worst people I have ever dealt with.
