They came when they said they would. On the same day I called. Garrett came out fixed my problem, did an inspection of the rest of my pipes to help stop future problems. He was courteous and informative. I will use them from now on
Had one of the best and most professional experiences with Ohmstead Plumbing Company last week. Called them on Tuesday morning with my issues, sent a tech out to do the estimate that same day, and crew was at my house the next morning at 830am to get started. From the lady in the office, to talking to Eric the supervisor, esp Haiden (main tech) & his helper, this company is the most professional company I’ve ever done business with. Called my issues, Eric called me back to go over everything that Haiden found wrong during the estimate, went step by step on what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Eric and Haiden came out the next morning and took me under my house to show me what all they were taking out and how they were going to fix the problems. Haiden and his helper was top notch & did an amazing job, both were very nice and polite, did everything they said they were going to do and then some! Very pleased with their customer service and esp the job they done! Call waist NL your time and money on the rest, when you can call the best! Highly recommend this company to anyone who need plumbing done! Def give these guys a call and I promise you won’t be disappointed! Professional help at his best!
