I have been out of town for three days and my daughter called to tell me the house was getting hot. Not what you want to hear the first days of July. I called after church today and although I now live in my parents home after returning to Forest City, they do not know me. The gentleman got the call and couldn’t reach me (I was in Lowes buying fans) but stoppd anyway and in just a few minutes, had it running again. We have done business with Forest Heating & Air for close to 20 years. Their equipment and staff are absolutely phenomenal! I also want to address what being a "customer" of Forest City Heating & AC means. It means not only when you need new equipment but when you have a need no matter how big or small, they are there to fix it always with a smile!
