Carson and his crew made the whole process of refinishing our floors a great experience. They were thorough in their work, communication, and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.
Working with Carson and the WNC team was a great experience. They went above and beyond to meet our move-in deadline, working around the painters' schedule. Carson is diligent and knowledgeable. He saved us some money where he could and recommended several additions that we would otherwise regret not thinking of. Our floors look great!
Carson and his team are amazing. The worn hickory floors at our new house were transformed from its worst feature to a work of art. I selected Carson because he took the time to answer my questions and guide me from start to finish. From the start, I knew I made the right choice. Then they exceeded all my expectations. Watching them work was amazing. They arrive promptly and get right to work. They had 5 guys onsite, and everyone knew exactly what they needed to do. If there was a supervisor onsite, he didn’t need to supervise. I’m so happy with the results. I highly recommend them and will be using them on my next floor project.
