    I've had Mr. Appliance out for three repairs. They give you a two-hour arrival time and send you a photo of the technician. The tech usually diagnoses the problem in a few minutes but has to order a part, which comes to your house in a few days. The tech returns to install the part, again in a few minutes. The whole process can be expensive, but they keep you informed and get the job done. My technician Kyle guessed (correctly) what was wrong with my refrigerator before he opened the back. He told me that he has 12 years of experience with the company. That's the kind of person that you want helping with your repairs.

    Answered promptly. Did exactly what they promised plus some. Clean and professional personally and very clean in the house. Good Covid manners. I knew exactly what was wrong with my freezer and exactly what it would cost. Zero surprises. They're now in my contacts file.

    10/23/24 3rd time we've used them. Jaime ti's time. Great job, fixed the problem, very reasonable price. Great personality, very positive guy and a credit to the org.

    It was an excellent experience from the moment that I called all the way to the end. I got a service date for a technician right away, I was kept informed via text about when Ken was on his way. Ken did an excellent job servicing our 48 inch Viking. Thank you.
