From my initial email requesting a quote (complete with my not-to-scale drawing of what we wanted), Kevin was kind, knowledgeable, and immediately felt like one of our people. “I was referred to PBI for our residential windows to be replaced. I wasn't aware that they did that kind of work. I learned about their preferred line of windows from Sun and stopped in. We met Brian Hutchinson who came out to our house, a long way out to our house. He put a great quote together that was surprising and we went with Brian. Unfortunately, this was during the supply chain problems but Brian kept us informed and we actually got delivery at an ideal time (January followed by the installation week in February with 70+ degeree weather) and in went the windows. We love them! Great looking, great functionality and Brian was great to work with! We highly recommend PBI and Brian! If you're considering replacing windows in your home, do not overlook PBI.
