I bought a house of windows and doors from this company in 2015. We had a minor part fail on our door and requested a replacement part in July 2022…its been painful at every step…the company has responded but only after multiple followups by me…I still don't have the part. Poor customer service.
A well run company producing quality work and employing some of the finest craftsman in the south.
Matt and everyone else I have spoken with at Custom Living Quarters were very helpful and friendly. They took a pile of red oak boards I had cut up with a portable mill and made the most beautiful ship lap flooring and wallboard I could have imagined. I was so thrilled I bought the whole crew a pizza lunch! Delivered on time and on budget.
