“We chose to go with CSDB after our initial interview. We had a 2nd interview that we didn't even consider after the CSDB one. The construction has to be the first aspect that someone would have to be happy with. A great personality and shoddy product wouldn't do the trick. Everyone associated with the company were terrific. Leading the charge are the owner and his daughter. Both have great personalities and stress customer service. We couldn't have been happier with the project. Almost as important is the followup care. So many companies take your money and you'll never hear from them again. CSDB has continued to address any items that may have failed after the warranty is up but the firm feeling that that item shouldn't have. That aftercare is the cherry on top. Very happy with all aspects of the project and would go with them again if we went with new construction.“
