Our furnace just quit in the middle of a Saturday night in January during an ice storm. Outage was not storm related. I called at 8 am Sunday and at 9 am Monday I got a return call. They were swamped with service requests but they got to me by 2 pm. The problem turned out to be a bad motor that drove the hot air circulation fan. The motor was ordered on Monday and replaced Tuesday by 2 pm. Given the circumstances I think they did a great job of getting us repaired. Yep it was cold for a day or two, but we used an old RV electric heater to keep us from freezing. It worked.
