As an employee of Jacob's Tile.Most all of our materials come frome Tile .Inc. I have had only wonderful interactions with the office staff and dock workers.From order to loading.No such thing here. As front staff and back staff.Office people are on the dock.and dock workers are in the office.Checking and rechecking that loads/orders are completed correctly.Clean dock with lots staff on hand to load and get you to the job not waiting and wasting time.Beutifful showroom and experienced design specialist.

I have used these folks multiple times and I couldn't be happier. My projects have been nearly flawless and my GC always recommends them. Their tile is a much better quality than the big box stores which allows me to complete my projects on time and under budget.
