The Baker Property Preservation Co did a great job renovating the house! What a transformation with attention to details inside the house and outside with a new deck. Ben and Sharell were professional, collaborative, patient, and flexible. My sister and I will forever appreciate Ben’s advice at the onset- let’s focus on what is required for the renovation first and then what is desired. Because of their professionalism and trustworthiness, we were able to meet our remodeling needs from a distance because we lived a few hours away from the property. Used Baker Property Preservation Co to repair a leak in my house exterior that molded through the wall, rotted through the wood framing, and rotted a hole in the drywall large enough let sunlight pass through.First and foremost these are honest people you can trust. This small business cares about your house like it's their own. The fix was scheduled quickly, mold remediated and confirmed with testing, repair completed in a timely manner that allowed me to stay in my home, and the completed stretch is now honestly the best constructed section of wall in my house.
