Mr. Tub and Mr. Harold are amazing. They provided excellent customer service. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of them. The young lady that works in the front office does not have good customer service. She is rude on the phone. She should not be working in customer service with the attitude she has. I work in customer service and the person that you speak on the phone with is the 1st impression of the office. The other guys that work in the office is friendly and very helpful.

Rented a trailer from Sunbelt to move a Skid Steer about a 50 mile distance. Got me hooked up and down the road no problem, and very friendly staff. Very good experience. On the other hand, I had tried to reserve a trailer from United there in Fayetteville first. They refused to even rent it to me even though my truck (2018 Toyota Tundra 4-door) is rated at 10,000 lbs towing. The load I needed to move was 8,500 lbs total (6k skid steer, 2.5k trailer). But United said they would only rent to me with a 3/4 ton truck. I wasn't crossing the rocky mountains here, just 50 miles of easy flat driving. So, Sunbelt, thanks for not being truck prejudiced. The guys in the front office were very helpful once I explained my DIY. I needed to rent a 16' ladder...not knowing I also had to have a trailer or a ladder rack on my truck to transport it. The guys in the yard were all over it! They didn't waste anytime loading/uploading the ladder and hooking the trailer while I set inside the vehicle. The best drive Thru service in Fayetteville NC. Awesome customer service.
