I need some help please! I am 70 and have two artificial knees. I have. Not been able to iron for years. Sometimes I just need things pressed. I have a young lady who runs my errands and some shopping for me. She asked your employee to press some items for me. They said I had to have them cleaned or LSU dried first. Some of these items are new. They do not need cleaning. I have all my cleaning and laundry done there. I would like to know why they cannot press these new items for me. She is taking a new coat, three new shirts, three shirts to belaundried and wool pants to be cleaned tomorrow morning. I am on a fixed income. I sure would appreciate you looking into this...read full review
