Absolutely fabulous service. I had a chandelier that had been in a box for a decade and had never been hung. These guys showed up thinking it was ready to go, but since I hadn't ever put it together, I didn't have several pieces that we needed. They found US adapters and pieces I needed so they could hang it for me, even though they could have charged me for another service call after making me hunt down a parts list. They were ultra-careful with my prized possession, and it is now hanging beautifully in my dining room. I couldn't be happier with their "above and beyond" work ethic.
