I enjoyed my lash set and the tech was very nice and professional. However it barely lasted. My inner corner lasted a day and a half. As an avid eyelash wearer, i’ve never had that experience. When i contacted her, she told me I had to say something within 24 hours of my appointment which i believe is a bit unfair. $140 gone in 2 days.

SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY!!! So this was my first time here and my appointment was at 11:30. I arrived early around 11:15am. I decided to go in at 11:20. I was waiting for someone to greet me for a few minutes. Someone can into the building which she looked liked she worked there. She came in, said hi then went to her room. I was waiting until 11:40 as I started to find the lash techs number because I've obviously been waiting too long the same girl who walks past me comes out telling me I'm late for my appointment and I need a mask mind you I'm fully vaccinated.. anyways I asked her if I could buy a mask from her she did not try to accommodate me, I was unable to reschedule due to me leaving the country the next day. She at first acted like she did not want to give me a refund but I wasn't going to leave without one. It was raining that day and my husband dropped me off so I had to wait in the rain until he picked me up. Not sure what her name was but don't let the volume eyelash pics fool you. This lady has 0 customer service skills it is very unfortunate when you are trying to support black businesses but SHE will never get my business AGAIN!!!
