Construction solutions completed a full kitchen remodel of our home. The results are outstanding. We had an idea of what we wanted and Spencer and Deveco fine tuned everything to our needs, wants and expectations. This was our first and only experience being involved with a project like this and we appreciated the feedback, updates and most of all the quality of work. The final product speaks for itself. Early last week i finally got my pool finished and i do appreciate that Chapman Wilson took care of everything they needed to do!
Im changing my review to 5 stars because they deserve it, they took feedback on the good way and took care of everything for me.

I do appreciate that they take care of the customer and if something is not right they will take action to make the customer happy, thats what is important.
I would definitely recommend them and hire them for other jobs.

My experience with Chapman Wilson was decent.
I want to start giving a shoutout to Chris from service, he is a 5 starts and he really made my orientation to go smooth and clear, and he knows what he is doing, also he made me feel comfortable on asking questions as this is my 1st in-ground pool.

Overall the team was very communicative on when things were to happen and how the process was going, unfortunately my pool got delayed over 1 month of the expected time and we miss the summer and the long weekends due to a tropical storm and all their contractors got delayed and some times it was frustrating see days without anybody working on it or no progress at all. This was a bummer but we had to accept it.

Prices were Average/High and the truth is there is no cheap pools at all.
At the end of the day the wait and price was worth it because the pool looks amazing in our backyard.“

“Prior to hiring Justin and his crew, I did my research and had 4 other roofers come out to give me estimates. Every person I called, was personally recommended by someone I knew who had used them. The estimates were all over the place and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Justin was recommended by a friend who personally knew 3 people who used him and were very satisfied. Not only did he give me the lowest price ($8,000 less than the highest quote) but he took the time to explain things to me and did not charge me for things I did not need like the other roofers did. “This company did great job. Their showroom has plenty of samples to choose from and will share ideas for your remodel. They kept the time for the demo and remodel of our kitchen to a bare minimum. Their aim was to keep the inconvence of the customer to the shortest time possible, and certainly did! They arrived when they said the would and managers came daily to check the progress and quality of work. We had a small issue with wall height, I called them Sunday afternoon and they were there the next day and corrected the problem; even though it was veterans day! We are planning a bathroom remodel and they most certainly with be our choice. Best customer service we've ever had.“

If you can dream it they can do it and they made our dream complete! They also installed ultra fast internet via ubiquity. As the project goes, they listen and are always in contact with you. Multiple changes were needed along the way and they were happy to oblige. They constantly looked for ways to improve the project like getting the biggest slider, windows, flood lights, dimmers for lights. They are people of character and integrity. “Our experience with M&D overall was very good. The only problem we had was getting the job scheduled. It took 4 weeks before they started. We were given 2 earlier start dates that got postponed. I’d say that was the frustrating part; we just couldn’t get a firm date. If you do use M&D, I highly recommend that you keep in close contact with the office. Tyler in particular was extremely helpful and great to work with (and he deserves a raise!). The construction team that worked on our project did an excellent job.
