Iv never been talked down to like I was an was told she was canceling my glasses because I hung up on her but it was because the way she was yelling at me.then she called me back just to hang up on me.now I have no glasses to see to drive my wife who has cancer to an from cancer center.

I Scheduled An Eye Appointment ( Regular Eye Exam)For Today 11/12/2024 At 1:00 pm. AT THE RISK OPTOMETRICS AT 1550 SKI BO ROAD INSIDE WALMART SHOPPING CENTER. I Ask The Lady Who Scheduled My Appointment If She Was Showing If I Had To Pay Anything For I Have The Humana Choice ( PPO D-SNP) AND I KNOW I DON'T HAVE TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE, FOR MY DEDUCTIBLE WITH HUMANA IS $0 DOLLARS. THEY WERE TRYING TO CHARGE ME $40 DEDUCTIBLE PLUS CHARGE FOR EYE EXAM. CALLED HUMANA AND SPOKE WITH TERRY HE CALLED RISK OPTOMETRICS AT THE SKI BO LOCATION AND HE SAID THEY SAID THEY NO LONGER APART OF THE EYE MED VISION WITH HUMANA. 2 months wait for an appointment and suddenly they said that the insurance information was never processed. Then expressed discomfort to submit the insurance information again saying that would take 30 minutes. When asked why they never contacted the patient to inform that, their reply was “ You should know if your plan would cover you or not”. Awful service and complete disregard for the patient’s needs. And charged 25.00 for not proceeding with the appointment. September 2024.
