Downright disrespectful when trying to explain some thing they did not try to explain properly to a person that was already agitated they just escalated the situation and then proceeded to threaten to call the cops on us because my brother fell onto the floor and try to accuse my aunt of abuse also make sure you ask them what form of paperwork you need because they don’t like to let you know any of that before your appointment honestly if I was not having issues with my eyes I would not go back here your staff needs to learn how to handle situationa especially the office manager
