Pine Valley Family Dentistry is a highly recommended dental clinic. The staff, including the dentists, are fantastic - they are polite, reassuring, and create a comfortable atmosphere. The clinic is flexible with scheduling appointments and the dentists are considerate, checking in with patients throughout exams and procedures. Overall, a great dental experience.
Dr Basiri and his team are fantastic. I had an issue with a filling and was able to get in and everything was fixed right away. Everything was as smooth as possible and as someone whose dealt with traumatic dental experiences in the past, I felt very comfortable. There is a bit of a wait for cleaning appointments but they do a great job getting you in!
I enjoyed this place from beginning of appt to the end. The front desk ladies were polite. The dentist and assistant was reassuring and gentle with my procedure. They showed great empathy for my children’s concern. And got a little prize for the cleaning. I highly recommend this place.
Great clinic that was flexible with getting me in for appointments. Front desk staff are kind, respectful, and always create a comfortable atmosphere. I saw both Dr. Bassiri and a fill in dentist, both were considerate and checked in with me throughout the exams and procedures. They did a great job!
