Thank you for our 11 month inspection in September. We had some scheduling issues but were able to get it fixed asap. I had my list of things that had been inspected previously, so it was able to the inspector to knock out. I was the most grateful that y'all get on the roof for the roof inspection. Instead of using a drone. The pre closing inspection company used a drone and it missed the 6 holes in our new construction roof. And a handful of other issues. Y'all were so amazing!!!! I am so thankful that there is still honest business folks in this area who care about their customers. I will and have been recommending y'all since September! Keep up the amazing work. Jacob was so informative about our inspection. We had a bad experience in the past with another house, but Pillar to Post -The Holt Group was amazing. Answered all of our questions and then provided a detailed report for review that same day! Will always use them going forward.
