Parnell Pool & Spa have been absolutely amazing to me! They helped me from start to finish. I didn't know anything about a Pool coming in but Mickey and the wonderful staff helped me all the way through. I will admit it's best to schedule out far enough and have patience bc they always take good care of you. It's also really hard to find those good companies that treat you like family and are totally honest without just making it about money. I appreciate staff and look foward to continuing working with you all. Thank you!

We visited Parnell as well as a few other pool & hot tub stores while considering a hot tub. Parnell not only had the best inventory and prices but also the best customer service. Mickey was great! The hot tub we wanted had to be ordered and he kept us up to date while we waited for it to come in. He was also very helpful when it came time to install and after it was installed. We know nothing about taking care of a hot tub so when my husband went in with our water sample, everything was explained to him very thoroughly. They are always patient and willing to answer any questions we have. We are enjoying our hot tub thanks to Mickey and the rest of the team at Parnell!
