1st time customer, needed an oil change and state inspection. Arrived for appointment and was greeted by a very nice young lady, who let me know it would be a moment. Then a very tall gentleman confirmed my service request, took my keys asked if I would be waiting and that he would let me know when it's done. Enjoyed light conversation with a couple other customers. And learned electricity scooters can go fast and they had lotion in the restroom.
Sending a big "MAHALO" (Thank you in Hawaiian) to Cyan for explaining everything that was done and all the other issues that will need to be addressed. He also showed and explained what the identification #s on my tires...read full review

Always a great experience! They have the best customer service and extremely knowledgeable employees. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you are particular about your car being in excellent condition

Even tho I didn't get work done there . The mechanic named Dane is and honest one! I had a problem with the a vibration in the steering wheel. At first we thought it was an engine mount . But he went as far as hopping in the car with me, to take a drive to see what really was the issue . And came to a conclusion is was an axle coming out of the transmission and asked if I've gotten a new transmission put in recently, and that he doesent want to charge me for something that is most likely under warranty. And he was right! Thanks Dane! I'll be back to fix my brakes and rotors tho.
