The service Midsouth provided was impeccable to say the least. The Technician was both friendly and professional extremely knowledgeable and worked efficiently and honest. I would recommend them highly!!

Amazing experience with this company this past week — and Sam in particular. I had an electrical issue and called a work order through American Home Shield. Sam contacted me promptly, and remembered coming to my home years ago for the same issue. He offered to come out again but recalled that the issue was a tripped GFI in my garage (easy fix). He was correct and it saved me a service call fee. Such customer service was refreshing and I think this is indicative of a reputable business that values enduring customer relationships. We are grateful. Thank you!

I can't praise this company enough. From the initial call to the visit and repair was exceptionally. I especially would like to take my hat off to the young man Matthew who did the work. I am a returning citizen of Cumberland County and it does my heart good to know that I have a company I can depend on when needed.
