Our experience with M&D overall was very good. The only problem we had was getting the job scheduled. It took 4 weeks before they started. We were given 2 earlier start dates that got postponed. I’d say that was the frustrating part; we just couldn’t get a firm date. If you do use M&D, I highly recommend that you keep in close contact with the office. Tyler in particular was extremely helpful and great to work with (and he deserves a raise!). The construction team that worked on our project did an excellent job. They were very professional and paid attention to the details. The project turned out great!

After having to fire another contractor, I hired M&D Construction to redo a walk in shower and linen closet. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They have restored my faith in contractors and I highly recommend them!

We have had only good experiences with them. Great company! Roof, bathrooms and now our home addition. David, Harold, Federico and the crew are great. They are busy, so communication sometimes was slow but they always responded. Inspection department was the hasle, they work slow and have all these rules.Very happy with everything.
