We have had a Kirby vacuum for over 20 years and love it. I brought it in for some repairs and service and was very pleased at the immediate turnaround, fair prices, and the overall professionalism (I was not gouged or told that I needed a bunch of work done to the vacuum that didn't need to be done. Like a lot of other places have done in the past). Again, I was very impressed, thank you again!

I'm a bed ridden retired Army Veteran.I have healthcare workers that service me and perform light house work duties for me.Yesterday my Kirby vacuum cleaner wouldn't turn on no power. I went online and read a few Kirby Co. reviews.I came across Kevin Crowder's name andnumber, he sold me my Kirby 3 years ago.I brought the Kirby the same day, due to his professionalism and knowledge of the product.
