Constant poor communication and weird parts handling. It has been a month since I initially contacted him for service and not only is the PC incomplete, but I'm now missing the money, the part, and the service.Would highly NOT recommend going here. I have been using InstantIT for more than a year now for both my organization and personal IT services needs. I have to say, in the course of my career, I have dealt with a lot of IT professionals, but none that are on par with this organization. The level of professionalism and responsiveness are beyond reproach. James is extremely knowledgeable, more so than some CIO's I have dealt with. His customer-centric approach to business is the best I have ever experienced. James makes himself available around the clock for emergent needs, and does not quit until the problem is resolved.
