I came to Coach Yeniz for help with a repetitive strain injury to my shoulder. After consistent rehabilitation and training, I am happy to say I am healed and moving forward with strength training and conditioning. Training with Coach Yeniz has made a major difference in my quality of life in the areas of strength and mobility. She's extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about what's going on with her clients and adjusts to meet their needs during every session. I’ve been going here for over a year. After trying multiple gyms in the area, this is the only one where I felt that community vibe. Everyone pumping each other up and motivating one another is something that’s lost in a lot of “big name” gyms. 10/10 recommend this place!

Yeniz is a knowledgeable and caring trainer. She constantly asks questions to assess how the exercises are affecting you and adjust as needed. She is very involved in the community! It is a wonderful place to be!
