Highland was on it! This claim took very long and they dealt with my home Insurance, who were not easy to deal with till the end, every step of the way and made sure my claim was covered. The staff at the office were awesome! Work was done professionally and passed inspection without any problems the first time. I highly recommend them. Thank you Highland!
It was a pleasure dealing with Highland Construction from the very start of the process to the completion. ALL of the staff with whom we interacted were very professional, eager to assist, and fast, efficient workers. The staff in the office were most helpful in assisting us with all the unfamiliar paper work. Aaron, the project manager was awesome!! He was friendly and personable, detailed, did what he said he would do, kept tightly to the schedule, followed up with us daily, addressed concerns quickly, and answered all questions honestly and concisely. The BMS/CAT Highland Construction crews serving the Fayetteville, NC area were top notch in terms of organization, responsiveness, customer service, and workmanship. They took a huge water damage remediation and residential repair job, acted with lightning speed and planning, and restored my 89-year old Mom's home in Eastover, NC to a condition, including but not limited to new hardwood floors, tiling, trim, repaired and upgraded kitchen cabinets, total crawl space re-insulation, careful storage of belongings during their work, expensive Turkish rugs cleaning, and more, and worked diligently with me and our insurance adjustor, that allowed my Mom to move back into... read full review
