I love my Doctor that I see. I am always listened to with my concerns and she genuinely asks me if there was anything else or had questions. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to get through on the phone lines, unlike before. We used to be able to call and get an immediate answer or just a couple of rings before an answer. I had a real concern that I wanted to make an appt for and tried to call to talk to a nurse first, but the phone continuously rang for a good 10 min before I hung up. Thankfully it was not emergent.

Absolutely amazing doctors and wonderful nurses! Very attentive, caring, sympathetic, and listen to everything that you say. Honestly, I will probably never go anywhere else other than here for my medical necessities after the amazing help and medical care I received today. I steer clear of Hoke, and Cape fear valley on Owen because they never listen to anything that you have to say, and medically nothing is ever done right. I give a round of applause to this section of Cape fear because they are the best!

The front desk receptionist at Dr.O location was very helpful and was helpful. I like her words of My Pleasure when I thanked her. However the Dr.was abrupt and had bad bedside manners.When asked about a diagnosis he told me to Google it. It. .
