Charlise Curtis is amazingly gifted! She did what no one else was able to do! She saw past all my hair problems and dilemmas and transformed my hair from a state of just sitting on my head with no shape, no style no nothing… to a perfectly cut, coiffed, styled and HEALTHY head of hair, and all of this in my very first appointment! Her transformation changed my life and brought back the “old me” I had lost. She is truly gifted, talented and AMAZING.

Sylvia Melvin displayed excellent customer service skills. I went in for hair color and a trim. I got everything except the color. She made a suggestion about some of the gray hair (which I was trying to get rid of). Many women are trying these days to get a few streaks of gray and other colors which is the trend according to Sylvia. So I decided to see if I could embrace my gray for at least a month or two. Change is good at times. She did say lovingly that if I couldn't embrace it she would be more than happy to color my hair. She left the choice up to me with no pressure and that I really appreciated.
