Dr.Joy Smith-Jones at grays creek chiropractic is AMAZING!!! I completed a treatment plan with her about a year or so ago… and boy has my lower back pain come back! Well I went to see her today and she crunched me like a punched bag of potato chips and I feel GREAT!!! She popped my lower back and I began crying… not because it hurt but Bc the pressure thst was removed the tears came on their own!! PLEASE don’t ignore pains in your body, deal with them now at this age vs being an elderly person with so many issues!!! We know better so let us ALL do better in ALL areas!!!
