Josh came out and checked my unit and tried to get it working again, but when it became clear that the compressor was not working, he got me a quote to replace the compressor vs the a new unit.
I went with the new unit, and they just installed it today. Everything is working great! Everyone from the techs to the office staff were very helpful and courteous. Will definitely use Gore again for future A/C needs.

Josh was very professional & well spoken young man. He installed the new coils &added Freon. He showed us a picture of the old coils & the new coils also. He came inside to check the vents to make sure cold air was coming out. Josh was very efficient & had everything completed before 2 & 1/2 hours. We highly recommend Josh & Gore Heating & Air Conditioning.
