I am disappointed at the lack of accountability and customer service received from Continental Tax and Accounting Services in Fayetteville, NC. I used this company to file my taxes for 2016-2018 tax years. My first two years went very smoothly; however, for 2018 the company failed to file my taxes timely, resulting in a fine from the IRS. When approached about the issues and shown evidence that there was an error they simply refused to be accountable for the mistake or offer
