Had some Chilly kids and a bad blower motor unit. I called Foust from half way across the country and the responded same day, got the part and will have it replaced today! Great business that cares! call them, my cost was about half of the other quote I received. Mike
I called 3 times in recent years with an air conditioner problem. I have 3 units. Each time I was scheduled that day and each time someone called me approx. 30 min. before the technician arrived. The technician fixed the problem that day when possible. On the last occasion a fan motor had to be ordered from the supplier. It took 2 days. When the part arrived Foust called to schedule that day. It was installed and the down stairs unit is doing great. The technician actually adjusted the fan speed to a higher level to increase air flow. It has helped very much.
