Great place! Have been going here for many years!
I am disappointed at the lack of accountability and customer service received from Continental Tax and Accounting Services in Fayetteville, NC. I used this company to file my taxes for 2016-2018 tax years. My first two years went very smoothly; however, for 2018 the company failed to file my taxes timely, resulting in a fine from the IRS. When approached about the issues and shown evidence that there was an error they simply refused to be accountable for the mistake or offer
They did an excellent job with everything! Staff are very friendly and will go out their way to help you! Thank you so much! Will be coming back again next year!
