The receptionist is so unprofessional the way she talks to Patients is so unacceptable. She was so nasty over the phone and in person.When I called waiting on hold to speak to the Dr the person picked up didn't identify themselves but was so nasty asked me " What's the problem"? Really that's how you would want someone to talk to your sick Elderly Parent or GrandParent ?People come to you to be treated not mistreated. You'll have stop caring about people who are sick and by the way are paying your Salary. When we were in the Office heard Receptionist talking about the Patience after the phone call etc it's bad. This place was amazing with Mr. Bruce once he left things have fallen downhill. The receptionist lacks compassion and understanding. For months I’ve been waiting for an update on the exact same insurance Ive had for 5+ years and used at this location for atleast a year w no problem. The receptionist just said oh you don’t have insurance a flat out lie, the insurance company even called her and verified i had insurance and that no claims have been filed since Mr. Bruce left. and still nothing. Marie, the receptionist is the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve yet to encounter. I visited the urgent care yesterday where they did testing. I called today to ask where I could find my results to have the phone call dropped in my ear multiple times, she refused to give me her name, her managers name as well as any information on how I would be able to access the results of my medical tests. She’s incompetent and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here considering she has such a low regard for the way in which the practice she works for is perceived as an establishment.
