I'm probably still blocked on instagram cause of how shitty of a job he did. I asked him if he could do a tattoo, showed him a picture and everything. He said YES that he could do it. Why did my tattoo look like a CHILD did it? No, a child could've done it better. He was telling me that I was "too dark" to get the tat I wanted... HUH!? Im not light but I'm literally brown skinned wtf, my other tattoos show up perfectly. He just can't do realistic tattoos like they honestly suck! And before I use to get smaller tattoos from him and I thought he was real cool but he showed me his true colors that day for sure, accountability is not his forte. Never got my money back and he called me broke because he did a trash job. Thank God! Thor (a real artist) from American tattoo society fixed me up and made it look waaaaaay better than the job this guy did. I have the proof too if anyone wants to see it.
I would recommend women steer clear of this shop. He bragged online, from the business' account, about how he messed up a client's tattoo because he was too busy ogling her chest to pay attention to what he was putting on her skin. I pointed out that that's not okay or funny. That lack of professionalism or respect for clients holds the tattoo industry back. And the business then dm'd me a bunch of random posts of women he decided were being sexual online and that their behavior justifies him disrespecting his clients?? Based on his representation of his business's attitude towards women, I'd assume no female client would be treated with respect, because apparently paying a "professional" for a service isn't enough to qualify as "earning" his respect. It would appear his business is not interested in providing a safe environment for women to be tattooed there.
Early this month I went to get a consult from a tattoo shop ... he charged me 40 for a deposit ... I paid it and bought some stuff from his shop as well .. he told me he would draw the design and send it to me in a couple of days ... welll.. I waited and didn't get anything in 3 days like he said ...so when my appt date was coming up he was unable to honor that time and date and we reschedule another time .. still no design .... I was already feeling some kind of negative from him anyways my third eye is wide open ... but since I paid ... and was curious to see what the design was .. I just waited again ... he finally sends me a design 1 day prior to the rescheduled appt ...like that gave me time to say I liked it or not !!!... it was theee most generic tattoo I have ever seen .. all though I liked the design I wasn't really feeling the price he was charging me for half a leg and that generic design ... so I suggested to do another part of my body instead ... plus I ain't wanna walk around with half a leg done ... well he declines that offer and offers to send the money back for my deposit ... so I waited for my deposit ... and of course nothing .... when I hit him about that ... he tells me that he shouldn't have to send it back because he drew up the design .. (I never asked for the deposit .. he said he would refund it himself).... " I told him to keep it ... I don't know What His issue was , but the way this guy handled me was not business like at all !!! After asking mutual friends about him ... they said the same .. I heard nothing but personal bad reviews about this guy.. moral of this story is ... he may of thought it was my loss and his gain .. even though he got my donation of 40.. but in fact it was his lost and my gain... he tried to over charge me for a simple generic tattoo and tried to say I was guilt tripping him about the price ... I would've paid the price he was charging if the tattoo was a customer design..... I promise u that ..... and I charged that 40 to the game and deemed it a donation for a local black owned business .. I do not recommend this place to anyone....
