Ramsey street office. The doctors are great but the staff is not. In 2022 ordered contacts. Three weeks later I get them and then only after the manager on Owen Drive got involved. All unprofessional and attitude from Ramsey Street. 2023 did not learn my lesson. Ordered glasses; they put the wrong prescription in the glasses. Drop off 5-22 to be fixed and as of June 7th have not received. Went to lab on 6-5 and no explanation other than its fed ex problem. No it's an Office problem. Do not order products from here. Go to Owen Drive office

I went in to order contacts but the girl was on her phone and didn't even look up to acknowledge me . I finally had to speak to her and she looked up but it seemed I was bothering her . Poor customer service from the girl who fill contact orders . Going somewhere else to buy contacts .

The workers were quite nice. The doctor I saw was really quick to enter and leave and I felt like I couldn't get a word in edge wise. I asked most my questions to the other workers. I'm not very satisfied with the price. Yes everyone's eye insurance is different but the entire time they kept tacking on charges that "weren't covered by insurance". $35 dollars here $80 there...the biggest rip off was the out of pocket $80 contact lenses fitting which literally lasted 2 min. A worker gave me contacts to try, I tried them on and they worked fine. Done and done. But that was worth $80? Really? I was able to get what I came for, but most likely will not be back. I've gone to eye doctors my whole life but this is the first place that was "in network" yet I had to pay $500 out of pocket and then try to get reimbursed myself.
