The beside manner of this doctor and his anesthesiologist are phenomenal (as well as the whole nursing and admin staff in general)! They are somehow balancing being in very high demand with patients and approvals and nurses; with taking time to thoroughly answer questions and discuss treatment options with patients in a very calm and concise manner. I found this down to earth style to be very comforting and approachable! Thank you for an excellent patient experience!! 11/10!!
Cape Fear Orthopedics, specifically Dr. Broussard, has been my mother's Orthopedic physician for several decades. He replaced both of her knees & both of her hips, with her right hip surgery just taking place last month. My mother has watched his family grow & he & his staff have often benefited from my Mom's baking skills when she delivers homemade cookies to their office. His professionalism is equivalent to 10 ⭐ but his Bedside Manner & true love of his patients is definitely 100 ⭐ level! The intake personnel are exceptional. They are courteous, informed and helpful.The medical professionals are amazing. Grace Grant was great. She was very thorough in my treatment. I would highly recommend this practice.
