Phillip was very helpful on Tuesday and took his time answering my questions and educating me on my system. Cape Fear Air has some of the best prices around, beating out two other companies' quotes on replacing my system.
The Technician was on time, inquired about issues with the HVAC system, answered questions and concerns to where I could understand. Took his time and performed his inspection, provided me with good feedback and recommendations to maintain the environment of my HVAC. I felt I got more service than what I paid.
The service tech, Mitchell (I believe is his name) was very respectful and professional. Took the time to explain what was found and how it needed to be handled. I have been very pleased with Cape Fear Air, Electric and Plumbing!!
