I was contacted promptly to schedule the visit with the technicians. They arrived on time on the set date. They explained the problems with my system and offered options for remediation. People who answer the phone to service you face to face are very professional and caring to get the job done right! Love the tracker to understand when tech will arrive exactly. Please give Robert a "adda boy" recognition he deserves to blush with the praise i give him for getting to the bottom of the problem when others seemed to say just get a new system or add freon, when in reality Robert corrected miss wiring and actually reduced freon on old R-22 when others wanted to add more.
